The Julian Black Historical Society Board meet April-September on the 3rd Tuesday of every month (except holidays) at 6:30pm in Julian. Our address is 2030 Third Street 2nd fl. All meetings are open to the public. If you're interested in speaking to the Board or being placed on the agenda, please contact us. Either way, you're welcome to appear as an observer.
