THE BOARD
The Julian Black Historical Society consist of seven board members; president, vice president, secretary, treasurer and two directors. The president and treasurer are appointed by the Black Historical Society of San Diego. The remaining board members and directors are elected by the Julian Black Historical Society board. Each board member serves a two year term.
